Readiness is measured through a combination of assessment performance, skill-specific milestones, and practical project completions relevant to the roles your learners target, and — where placement support exists — actual outcomes (job secured, role, timeline from completion) get recorded and linked back to the learning data. Even without formal placement programs, the readiness indicators alone help identify which students need extra support before they finish the course.
