Working with Syslabs from overseas

Syslabs is run by Xenlabs Services LLP from Hyderabad, India. This page explains, in plain terms, how a project with us works when you are in another country.

Time zones

Hyderabad is on IST (UTC+5:30). That gives a working-day overlap with the Gulf and Singapore, a morning overlap with the UK and EU, and an early-evening or early-morning slot for Australia, the USA and Canada. When you book a call, the booking page shows slots in your own time zone.

How we work

Every project has one named point of contact, a written scope, and regular demos of working software rather than status slides. We agree the contract, payment milestones and currency before work starts. Pricing for smaller projects is published as "from" ranges; larger projects are scoped on a consultation call.

Your data

Where regulation or your policy requires it (for example GDPR, UK GDPR, or Gulf data-residency rules), tell us at the start. We scope hosting, access and data handling around it and put it in writing. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
